Delete Your Account & Data
This page explains how users of the Free IC38 Mock Test website and Android app can permanently delete their account and associated personal data.
Method 1: Delete while logged in
- Open Free IC38 Mock Test.
- Log in to your account.
- Open the profile menu in the top-right corner.
- Select Full Profile.
- Scroll to Delete Account & Data.
- Tap Delete My Account & Data.
- Reauthenticate with Google or enter your current password.
- Confirm permanent deletion.
Method 2: Request deletion when you cannot log in
Send an email from the same email address used for registration.
Data deleted
- Firebase Authentication account
- Main Firestore user profile
- Name, email, optional mobile and optional profile information
- Google Sheets registration records linked by UID or registered email, after administrative processing
- Other account-linked profile information under our control
Local device data
Mock-test progress, result history and bookmarks may be stored locally on the device. The in-app deletion flow removes Free IC38 local-storage records on that device. Users may also clear the app/browser storage from Android settings.
Processing time
The login account and main profile are deleted immediately through the in-app function where technically possible. Associated administrative records are normally deleted within 7 working days.
Information that may be retained
Minimal security, fraud-prevention or legal records may be retained for up to 30 days, or longer only when required by applicable law. Retained records are restricted and are not used for marketing.
